IT Services Delivery Manager
IT Services Delivery Manager, responsible for the end to end delivery of robust IT infrastructure and security for a leading European manufacturing group.
Duties:
Responsible for all group sites in the UK and mainland Europe including the management of 3 regionally based Service Delivery Managers and 1 Master Data Manager
Working within a pan-European environment, maintaining close relationships with the business, IS and vendors to ensure inf
Service contracts with approximate annual value of €6m
Manage and develop the internal service delivery team
Ensure service provision from the outsource providers, for application support and infrastructure, and the Service Delivery Team is appropriate and responsive to business needs, robust, reliable and conforms to service level agreements
Ensure a continuous improvement ethos and process is in place within the group and the service providers to meet and exceed expectations for service delivery
Identify opportunities to improve service provision and reduce total cost of ownership, driving agreed initiatives through to successful conclusion
Establish good working relationships with key business stakeholders to report performance and ensure IT service provision supports business goals
Support the IT strategy and act as a key player in the IT management team
Conduct contract reviews and manage the infrastructure budget
Skills, Experience and Qualifications:
IT professional educated to degree level
Proven track record of IT infrastructure management and service delivery with leadership of operational and infrastructure support
Ability to work within a pan-European environment
Knowledge and experience of IT service methodologies, specifically ITIL
Effective interpersonal and influencing skills and ability to maintain professional relationships with senior management across the business
